Refund Policy
At The Arslan Studio, we are committed to providing high-quality design services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy:
1. No Refund After Revision Request
Once a customer has requested any revision to the design, it is considered approval of the initial concept, and no refund will be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be requested before any design work has commenced or if you didn’t like the initial drafts. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it, and before any design previews have been shared.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Change of mind after the design work has started.
Failure to provide clear instructions or input.
Delays caused by client-side inactivity or late responses.
Digital products (like templates, presets, or downloads).
4. Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with the final design due to quality concerns, please reach out to us. We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions, if applicable. There will be fee for new Concepts or Designs.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
